Located in Stow, Ohio, Wrayco is a leader in the fabrication of complex steel weldments for the construction, mining and agricultural industries. Currently, Wrayco fabricates fuel and hydraulic tanks for companies such as Caterpillar, Volvo, Case New Holland, Kobelco and Komatsu.
Wrayco was incorporated in 1980 as a small family-owned fabrication shop and nearly thirty years later has grown to employ approximately 130 full-time employees. Wrayco utilizes several advanced processes and equipment such as Fronius welders, Fanuc & ABB robotics and a state-of-the-art powder coat paint line. Wrayco couples this equipment with the most current lean manufacturing and six sigma techniques.
Some skilled jobs (welding, for example) will require experience and passing pre-employment test-scores. Training for most jobs will be provided as needed for dedicated people who want to learn.
The hiring process is very selective and includes a basic math and reading comprehension test, interview, background-check, employment verification, drug screen, physical test and skills tests for skilled positions.
